We do not rent, sell, give, exchange, or otherwise share personally identifiable information with other individuals or organizations EXCEPT BLHCT Board members and staff. This information is limited to business contact information (primary contact name, phone, fax, address, email, etc.) and will never include credit card or other sensitive information. You can remove your contact information from the database and/or opt out of receiving emails or mailings from BLHCT or BLHCT members at any time by contacting us at hello@blhct.org. For internal use, we also collect information such as which events you attend, which committees you serve on, etc.
Personally identifiable information is collected only on a voluntary basis
Personally identifiable information such as your name, postal address, telephone number, or credit card number are collected only if you choose to give us this information on a voluntary basis by registering as the primary contact for BLHCT.
We do collect “aggregate data,” that is, group data with no personal identifiers
We use this aggregate data to help us understand how the site is being used and to improve its usability, and to enhance the quality and availability of services we offer. We may also, with your explicit permission, use aggregate data from online surveys you choose to fill out for research and publication purposes. Once again, this is aggregate data only; individuals or firms are not identified in any such research or publication.

Personally identifiable information you choose to give us will only be used to process membership, process billing, and process orders for membership or event registration you choose to purchase on our site.
